man.
after so many days of procrastination on exercise, i decided to move my ass outta e house today to do some serious swimming. the sun was out, and all was great. kill 2 birds w one stone, that is to get a tan and also to move some ass and muscle.
so was there at e swimming pool, and had originally decided to go for 20laps. but then, at e 18th one, i realised im still as gd as new, and i think i had e booster jab of adrenaline, and i kept going n going until i was at 32. e sun was sweltering, and i had to stop not coz of im tired (i can go till 40), but coz of my back which was rather burnt, coz i felt pain. haha.
so thought i wasnt burnt coz i looked into e mirror and saw that i was BLACK. happily went home, and now its nite time. Im feeling e heat and e PAIN of my back. i took a look into e mirror, and i see a triangular white patch around my ass, while e other parts of e body were RED. lobster red k.
haha. but burns aside, i managed 32 laps which was kinda cool coz i thought i'll most prolly be dead at e 10th. i think im going to make a resolution. i must swim 100laps everyweek! haha..cool eh. that shall be my resolution :D so 32's done. im left w 68 to go! hehe..
